This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases made on VEVORA, operated by PoorBoi Media LLC.
All credit purchases are non-refundable. When you purchase a credit pack, those credits are immediately available for use. Because credits grant instant access to AI generation capacity, we do not offer refunds for unused credits.
If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end (not an issue with the AI model's output quality), we will review the case and may issue a credit refund at our discretion. To report a technical failure, contact us at support@vevora.app within 7 days of the failed generation.
Please note: credits are not refunded for generations that completed successfully but did not produce the result you were hoping for. AI-generated content is inherently unpredictable — results depend on your prompt.
Credits expire 60 days after purchase. Expired credits are not refundable. We recommend purchasing only the credits you plan to use within 60 days.
If you believe you were charged without authorization, contact us immediately at support@vevora.app. We will investigate and work with Stripe to resolve any unauthorized transactions.
