PoorBoi Media LLC ("VEVORA", "we", "us" or "our") operates an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate video and image content. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information through vevora.vercel.app (the "Service").
Information you provide: Name, email address, billing address, and password when you create an account. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never store your card details.
Content you generate: Prompts, generated videos, and images you create through the Service.
Automatically collected: Device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and usage data to help us improve the Service.
Service providers: We share data with Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), fal.ai (AI generation), and Vercel (hosting) to operate the Service. Each is bound by their own privacy practices.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VEVORA, our users, or others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Videos and images you generate are stored temporarily (3 days) and then deleted. You own the content you create through the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated assets are deleted after 3 days. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not intended for users under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
